Well, the answers to this question are a no and at the same time a yes. Why is there such a conflicting answers?

Well, the answer is clear, if the deal or the package that requires you to do data entry work or to fill up paid surveys, why do you need to pay. It is often obvious that these sites should be kept away at all times. To a certain extend that they may be bona fide, do take a second thought before paying them. Well, reliable sources reveal that some of these packages land you up with an e-book with some free money making opportunity, which are comprehensive and helpful. But most of this information can be actually found if you do search hard enough.
