Signup With Adsense

Signing up with Google Adsense is free. You will need a website of your own or a blog. If you have this then all you need to do is to go to the Google Adsense web site and fill up the sign up form. Once you have applied, you will receive an email from Google telling you that your application has been received and that Google will approve your application in a day or two. You will then get another email within the specified day or two telling you your website has been approved and that you can start placing your Adsense advertisements.
